Shop Policies
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. When your order leaves LIB Designs we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged product. All sets are packaged and checked prior to being shipped to ensure the highest quality.
Cancellations
All orders are custom made. Due to the nature of the product cancellation request are not accepted, once the order has been started and in production.
Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and discuss if a resolution can be reached. We are not responsible for damages that occurred in transport or by the delivery service.
Processing & Shipping
All orders are custom made and processed in the order they are received. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time on all orders. Production time varies based on design details and current pending orders.
We offer shipping to the U.S only. International shipping is not available at this time. We offer USPS shipping based on weight. Orders are shipping from Maryland, USA. Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped.
Delivery can be delayed during the holiday season please plan accordingly so you receive your order in the time frame you expected. We are not responsible for unexpected courier delays or orders lost in the mail. Tracking information is provided on all orders and will be sent to your email address provided.
Payment & Invoicing
All design details must be confirmed with LIB Designs prior to you placing your order. Your order will be canceled without design confirmation. We will communicate with you what design tier and/or add-ons to purchase to complete your order. Once we receive confirmation of your paid order we will begin production on your nails.
